Kevin Wilson's Gospel Guitar Bootcamp is a 6-week group program designed for intermediate and advanced guitarists who want to learn how to play gospel music without being overwhelmed by complex guitar theory. Kevin shares his best-kept secrets...the same ones that earned him a full-time position in his church band. By the end of the bootcamp, you’ll understand how to play common gospel songs and how to play in a group setting.

We'll Meet Weekly To Cover Important Guitar Topics that You'll Need for Playing Gospel Music
Week 1
Focus on the fundamentals of gospel guitar and solid musical principles to set the stage for a strong foundation.
Week 2
Learn the foundational gospel chords and how to add them to your playing. We'll also tackle advanced chords.
Week 3
Learn how to connect chords, use substitution chords, and know when to apply them in your playing.
Week 4
We'll focus on rhythm. You'll also learn the strumming patterns and techniques that give gospel music its feel and how to make your playing stand out.
Week 5
Learn the progressions frequently used in gospel music. Discover how to create your own ideas using the tools you now have.
Week 6
Learn some of the most common and beloved gospel songs, put everything you’ve learned into action, and explore new ideas in your playing.

Who is the Bootcamp For?
The Bootcamp is designed to help ALL guitarists who have some knowledge / experience playing guitar. If you're a beginner, this isn't the best place for you. I have other courses to help you. If you aren't sure and have questions, send an email to info@kevinwilsonguitar.com and I'll contact you directly and we can mutually decide if the Bootcamp is a good fit for you.
When Will We Start?
The Week day class begins Wednesday, December 19, 7 pm EST. The Saturday class begins Dec. 21 EST @ 11 am. The Full schedule can be found on this page. You will receive email reminders prior to each class.

How Will I Know that I'll Get the Help I need In the Bootcamp?
I've run bootcamps for the last 3 years and I make it my mission to leave no one behind. Whenever I teach a concept, I spend time making sure all questions are answered, and each student has an opportunity to play.
What if I Cannot Attend All the Sessions?
Attending the session live is always preferred. However, if you are unable to attend, the sessions will be recorded and you will have access 24 x 7. Also, you'll be able to submit your questions in advance if you're unable to attend.
What If I Don't Have the Skills to Learn Gospel?
The Bootcamp is designed to help ALL guitarists who have some knowledge / experience playing guitar. If you're an absolute beginner, this isn't the best place for you. I have other courses to help you. You Give Great Value on Your YouTube Channel, What's Different In the Bootcamp?
The YouTube sessions are just an "appetizer" of what I teach. In the Bootcamp, I teach much more in depth because I have to time and by having you join me in a Zoom environment, I'm able to adjust whatever I'm teaching to make sure you're getting the full value of participating in the Bootcamp! There's so much more than what you see be share on YouTube!
What If I Want a Refund?
There's a great amount of time, financial resources, and effort in creating the Bootcamp. Because there's an investment in advance for me to create the program, there are no refunds.
